With an outstanding career as Marketing Director at Antonio Puig Perfumes, at the age of 50 he reinvented himself as an entrepreneur. Since then, he has built a solid career focused on the design and marketing of premium promotional gifts, bringing his experience and creativity to this dynamic sector.
He enjoys being a ‘handyman’: he is always ready to fix things at home, showing his great skills and attention to detail. He is also an enthusiastic chef: cooking is for him a way to express his creativity and to connect with others.

Silvia joined the family business in 1994 while studying Economics. With contagious enthusiasm and a vision for growth, she began her career in the gift and premium items, quickly identifying the key opportunity for the company’s strategic development by incorporating fashion accessories into the product portfolio. With more than three decades of experience, a refined sense of style and extensive travels to Southeast Asia, she has specialized in the search for exclusive products at origin, providing differential value to the company.
Beyond her professional life, Silvia is a passionate explorer of diverse cultures, always attracted by the flavors and stories of local gastronomy. Her culinary adventures are a source of inspiration that she brings back home, where she enjoys surprising friends and family.

It has been close to 20 years since Monica left nursing to devote herself completely to the family business. Throughout this time, her role has been changing and adapting, and today she’s the office & planning leader.
As a good multitasker, she is always learning and adapts easily to new challenges. When she is not in the office, Monica can be difficult to reach: she will probably be travelling or enjoying a good dinner with friends, her two biggest passions.

Meet Ed—Our deal-making dynamo who joined Novoprom in 2007 to lead international sales for fashion accessories. With more than 35 years of hands-on experience in the fashion world, Ed has since broadened his expertise to include the gift and premium sectors, visual merchandising products, and international sourcing. His passion and vision have propelled Novoprom to shine as a prominent name on the global stage.
Beyond the office, Ed fully embraces his Spanish lifestyle, savoring family time like a local. He’s also an avid adventurer, always ready to jet off with his partner, Silvia, to explore new destinations—and discover the best local wines along the way!

Pepe has been part of our history for more than 55 years. With a solid career of more than 30 years in financial management and business advice, Pepe has transformed the company’s traditional financial approach by opting for a more dynamic and practical direction.
Pepe is a great book lover, bibliophile and book hunter: he has put together a unique collection of works, with special attention to economics and accounting titles, which reflects his passion for knowledge and reading.

A member of the Novoprom team for 18 years, he is a key player in the development of the project from the accounting and administration area. His three great passions are music, cars and travel: driving on winding roads, listening to a good inspiring album and enjoying the landscape in good company is true freedom for Manel.

After having traveled through St. Albans, north of London, and Florence, Alex arrives at Novoprom to lead the logistics department, adapting his international experience in planning, coordination and management of global freight transport operations. Alex is a passionate traveler, always looking for new destinations to discover and learn about different cultures. He enjoys movies and series that he combines with his great love of swimming.

Judith arrived at Novoprom with a clear mission: to learn textile production from the inside out and continue adding superpowers to her fashion career. With over eight years of experience, she’s a designer by profession and creative by vocation, having worked in design, event planning, writing, and creative direction.
When she’s not working on fabrics and timelines, she’s probably working out, listening to music, brainstorming her next project, or enjoying quality time with her loved ones.

Claudia joined Novoprom in 2019 to be part of the research and development team. She graduated in Fashion Design and holds a Master’s Degree in Management and Communication. What truly motivates her is working on new and different projects. She is always looking for ways to exceed expectations and make each project special.
She strongly believes in the importance of maintaining a balance between work and personal life, and is always open to new opportunities to experiment, learn, and grow. She enjoys the beach and the city with her family, which helps her recharge and find inspiration.

With a career of more than 18 years in foreign trade, she brings her experience in supplier quality control and sourcing new factories and is a key pillar in the optimization of our operations.
In her free time, she enjoys nature through hiking and bike rides, activities that allow her to find a balance between professional and personal, connecting with the beauty of nature.
